Should our Distributors / Business Associates / Customers happen to purchase any product(s) with manufacturing defects like broken clasps, loose pins etc; they can avail of the ‘warranty program’, subject to ‘management approval’. This feature should be availed of within 15 days of purchase of the product. |

Exchange Policy |

GreenDewLife Distributors / Business Associates can exchange their unused products (in saleable condition) for products of same or higher value by paying up the difference in value within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only unused products (with unused IDs) purchased from the respective office by the distributor / customer can avail of the exchange facility. Products require a minimum of one week for management assessment and approval. |

Delivery of Products |

GreenDewLife will dispatch the products ordered, upon realization of payment, and you should receive your products within a maximum of 7 days for local shipments and 14 days for international deliveries. However, GreenDewLife will not be held responsible or liable for late or delayed delivery cause by logistics, shipping and other natural disasters or events deemed to be beyond our control.
Products will be shipped to you by a secured courier service, to the address you have provided to our Cyber Office. Any local taxes will be borne by the Distributors / Business Associates / Customers or anyone who has placed the order and GreenDewLife is not liable for the same.
Shipping charges are not included in the product price. However, in the event of a wrong address being given through no fault of GreenDewLife, additional shipping charges for receiving and re-delivery of the product shall be borne out of the account of the ‘customer’ or ‘distributor’ or ‘customer distributor’ or any one who has placed the order.
If we are unable to deliver any requested product because of unavoidable circumstances - such as product shortage or discontinuation - we have the right to replace the requested product with another product of the same or higher value.
All items purchased from GreenDewLife are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Our responsibility to vouch for safe delivery of the product ends after handing over the product to the courier service. GreenDewLife is not liable to any damages or claims emanating from damage of goods under transit.

Termination / Suspension |

Distributors / Business Associates may, at any time, voluntarily cease their business relationship with GreenDewLife. Written notice to the Company must include the Business Associate’s name, Business Account(s) and identification number & other relevant Documents.
GreenDewLife reserves the right to terminate business with Business Associates who violate any of these Terms and Conditions, or any statutory law of the United States of America, and/or regulations that pertain to business/businesses of GreenDewLife. Such termination may result in GreenDewLife exercising its right to pursue reasonable legal recourse.
Any Distributors / Business Associates found in breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions may be subjected to disciplinary action by GreenDewLife. Such action may include limitation of the Business Associate’s rights or the outright termination of her/his account(s). Disciplinary action may also include oral and/or written warning, suspension, and forfeiture of commissions and/or bonuses.
GreenDewLife reserves the right to claim reimbursement from Distributors / Business Associates for expenses, including legal fees and charges, resulting from the breach or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Out of goodwill, GreenDewLife would consider an appeal against such an action. The company’s decision would be final. A Distributors / Business Associates wishing to appeal against disciplinary action must do so within fourteen days of the date of disciplinary or termination notice, after which the disciplinary or termination action shall be final and conclusive.
In all termination cases, affected Distributors / Business Associates shall lose all rights to their sponsored Partners / Customers and shall no longer be entitled to the benefits or to any compensation from GreenDewLife.
Distributors / Business Associates, who repeatedly and deliberately manipulate the submission of new sales not in accordance with natural development, and which can result in a burden to the Company or negatively impact the well-being of Business Associates in general, shall have their Distributors / Business Associates suspended or “frozen”. This may lead to the termination of association/services of the Distributors / Business Associates with GreenDewLife.
Manipulation can mean any individual purchasing GreenDewLifeproducts in bulk and reselling the same products at lower prices other, than the recommended retail prices (dumping stocks).
A Distributor / Business Associate shall face termination of association/services with GreenDewLifeif found to be manipulating the placement of Distributor / Business Associate, or manipulating the confirmation of an order which violates the integrity / founding rules of GreenDewLife.

Customer Database |

GreenDewLife reserves the right to store, as its own commercial database, all personal and related details that have been submitted by Distributors / Business Associates.
Business Associates may, at any time, change and update their details through GreenDewLifeCyber Office. |

Exclusive Rights |
|
| |
These Terms and Conditions, together with GreenDewLife Distributors / Business Associates Program, constitute the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. They may be amended from time to time as the Company deems appropriate and reasonable. The list of Distributors / Business Associates / Customers sponsored to GreenDewLife shall constitute commercially advantageous proprietary assets and trade secrets of GreenDewLife, which the Company has agreed to hold confidential. Whereas GreenDewLife owns the Business Associates list and the business opportunity attendant upon it, the Company also reserves the right to work independently with any Business Associates and may use their list at its discretion. |

Waiver |

GreenDewLife reserves its right to insist on compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or with any applicable laws of the United States of America. Any failure by the Company to exercise any rights stated in these Terms and Conditions, or any failure to insist upon strict compliance, shall not constitute a waiver of GreenDewLife's right to demand exact compliance therewith. It shall constitute an integral part of these Terms and Conditions any Regulation, Instruction, Condition and/or Policies including, Direct Purchase Bonus, New Business Startup, Travel Incentive Trip policy issued by GreenDewLife or that which may be issued/amended from time to time in GreenDewLife website, releases, bulletins and/or any other publication thereof. Any waiver by GreenDewLife can only be effected in contracts or agreements specified in writing by an authorized GreenDewLife officer. |
